What do we do?
At Approach we will set up an online account on your behalf and ring on a day convenient to you to take your order. Your shopping can then be delivered when you want it. You can order as often or as little as you like and you can also register with Shop Assist for emergencies only, for instance in bad weather or times of illness.
How does it work?
A member of staff, who is CRB checked, will visit your home to initially set your account up and get you started with your first order. You can then pre-arrange a day convenient to you for us to call you for further orders.
No money exchanges hands as the shopping is paid for directly out of your bank account. If you do not have a bank account we can make alternative arrangements, please ask.
What does it cost?
A delivery costs £2.50 per order plus the delivery charge made by the supermarket.
(Supermarket delivery charges start at around £3.50 but vary depending on the day and time of day)
For an extra £2.50 we will send a member of our staff, who is CRB checked, to your home to put your shopping away, rotate items and check older items are in date if needed.
