What is the Navigator Service?

The Dementia Navigator service at Approach provides support and advice to older people with dementia and their carers.

How does it work?

Our Dementia Navigator can give totally free advice and support, either over the phone or by visiting carers, and can help "navigate" people to services appropriate to their own needs.

This service is free and confidential and gives quality information and guidance to newly diagnosed dementia sufferers and their carers.

This service has been made possible with funding from Supporting People, Staffordshire and is delivered in partnership with Social Care and Health.
